You will find these documents extremely helpful as you and your dog engage with participants in our various sessions. We have included a variety of information for you to read and understand before you begin this important work. You can also print out any documents to keep as a file to ensure you and your dog’s success during DogAbility’s sessions.

Fear of Dogs All the background information you will need to understand this debilitating condition and learn to work in this specialized program.

Special Needs – Individual and/or group sessions are offered to families, schools, agencies, facilities and group homes.

ScoutsScout groups may attend a session as a social outing, or in preparation to earn a merit badge.

Seniors – Senior sessions are recreational visits enjoyed by those living in senior housing, assisted living and/or group homes.

DogSmart – Children are introduced to canine behavior, training, nutrition, care and management.

Doggie & Me – Mommy and Me sessions with preschoolers  and our safe and gentle dogs.

Canine Literacy Partners – Professional instructors help children build reading skills and confidence without judgement.
